Returns Policy

At Emperor Baby, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include personal care products, feeding accessories, and clearance or promotional items. We encourage customers to check product details carefully before purchasing.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We will arrange for an exchange, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.
