Warranty Policy

At Emperor Baby, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet the needs of parents and their little ones. All items sold on our website come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period may vary depending on the product category and will be clearly stated on the product page or packaging.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Examples of non-covered issues include scratches, fading, stains, or damage resulting from improper installation or handling.

If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty, please contact us at emperorbaby88@gmail.com within the warranty period. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, photos or videos of the defect, and any other relevant details. Our team will review your claim and may request that the product be returned for inspection.

If the claim is approved, we will provide one of the following solutions at no additional cost to you: repair of the defective item, replacement with the same or equivalent product, or a refund at our discretion. Shipping costs for returning the defective product may be borne by the customer unless the defect is confirmed to be covered under warranty.

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers are not covered by this warranty.
