At Emperor Baby, we aim to provide our customers with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. We deliver orders within Malaysia and to selected international locations. All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service. For West Malaysia, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, while East Malaysia may take 5–7 business days. International delivery times vary by destination. Please note that delays may occur due to peak seasons, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly stated on our website.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Emperor Baby is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or contact details. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities. Emperor Baby will not be liable for these additional charges.
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed during transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the courier service. However, Emperor Baby cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused by the courier.
